Quilt Design, Color & Fabric Selection

Description: Do you know the quilt that you want to make, have the pattern or idea but choosing the right fabric is a problem? This class will help with fabric, color, print and pattern selection to develop that dynamic quilt that reflects your personality and taste. We will review many quilts (trunk show) and evaluate why something works or falls flat. We will explore the shop for the right fabric for your project. Bring your ideas, unfinished projects, anything that you need help with that relates to fabric, color, design and pattern. This class promises to liberate the way you approach color, fabric and pattern selection. You will leave with many ideas and confidence in creating the quilt you desire!

Supply List:
This is a class in the creative use of color and fabric to produce
dynamic quilts! I will present a trunk show of quilts that will be discussed
and evaluated. Useful books that provide help in color selection will
be shared. Bring anything that you want help with: pictures, pattern or
fabric for current future projects. We will use the shop for fabric selection
ideas. A notebook, pen, and camera might be helpful.
