Embellished Smocking

Description: Embellish your geometric smocking
with flowerettes, boullion roses, colonial knots, lazy daisy leaves, beads,
and ribbon weaving. Bring the piece you smocked in the Beginning Smocking
class to embellish or stitch any geometric pattern.
Optional book: A-Z of Smocking.
Instructor: Susan Scheer
Class fee: $18
Kit fee: $2 (payable to instuctor day of class)

scissors
pleated fabric (piece smocked in beginning smocking class is perfect)
3 flower colors of DMC floss - a light and dark of one color for the boullion
roses
green floss
#7 crewel needle
