Anniversary

It's hard to believe that one year has nearly come and gone since Julie and I bought the shop. In that year, we've had an huge sale, rennovated the shop, rearraged fabric, donated very old lines of fabric, supported the charity work of several local quilt guilds, increased our classroom size as well as the offerings, brought in new, modern fabric lines, made and turned over quite a few quilt samples, brought in longarm quilting, hired new staff, etc. etc. 

It's a wild ride, ya'll. 

So naturally, with all this work, we want to celebrate YEAR 1 of our ownership with the community that continues to embrace us and inspire us to be better every day. With that in mind, plan to see us Saturday, May 4 and/or Sunday May 5th for a one year anniversary sale. 

We will have CAKE! In fact, I'm ordering cake today from our hometown favorite, Ukrop's. We will also have discounts (you'll come in, grab a chip at the door and that will tell you what your discount is for the day--up to 40% off).  But really you'll come for the cake, if you're anything like me. :)

We look forward to seeing you this weekend, if not sooner!

Shop Hop

Also a quick reminder: if you want a Shop Hop magazine, go ahead and snag one. Sales of those have been robust and they should be coming in in about two weeks! Can you believe it?? Like summer, it's coming up fast.
